APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

Once you've decided which service will work best for you, gather the following information:

Your birth date.
Your birth time. To ensure the most accurate chart, please refer to your birth certificate to determine your birth time. Make sure to verify if your birth time is listed as "AM" or "PM."

What is Included: Charts and session-specific profiles are included in the fee for each appointment and are delivered via e-mail attachment in your choice of .doc or .pdf format. Audio recordings are available in MP3 format and are delivered via email after the session. Client must provide email address that will accept attachments up to 10Meg. Client is responsible for long distance fees if applicable. 

Payment Policy: Credit card information must be provided by phone or fax within 2 business days after your appointment is confirmed. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of your appointment. Anne Windsor Astrology accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Declined credit cards: There is a $10.00 fee for each occurrence. Prices subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. NB: Client will be charged for the entire session for appointments that are missed without prior notification.
